What we collect, and what we do with it.

When you submit the quote form we receive the fields you filled in: your name, phone number, email, the property's city, the project type, and whatever you wrote about the project. That is it — there are no hidden fields.

If you call or email directly, we have whatever you choose to share, the same as any business you contact.

The form is processed by a third-party form service, which passes your submission to us by email. Its privacy policy governs that step.

This site is a set of static files. There is no database here and no account for you to create.

This site sets no marketing or advertising cookies. Our hosting provider records standard server logs — pages requested, approximate location, browser type — as essentially all web hosting does.

We do not sell your information. We do not share it with other firms, contractors or lead brokers. We do not add you to a newsletter because you asked for a quote, and we do not run automated follow-up sequences against people who never became clients.

Enquiries that do not become projects are deleted within twelve months. Client project records are kept for the duration of the work and afterwards as tax, contract and permit records require.

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, and we will action it within thirty days.

If you are in California, the CCPA gives you these rights explicitly, including the right not to be treated differently for exercising them. We would not have treated you differently anyway, but it is worth saying plainly.
