What we don’t do
We're a design firm, not a licensed architecture practice — and for most residential work, California doesn't require one. When a project does, we say so and bring the right professional in.

01Do I need a licensed architect?
For most single-family work, no — that's why drafting firms exist. Structural parts still get a licensed engineer, which we coordinate.
02Can you work from my sketches?
Yes — a napkin sketch or a walkthrough is plenty to start.
