Every jurisdiction has its own submittal requirements — portals or paper, sheet sizes, required forms, supporting documents. An application bounced at intake hasn't even started its review clock. Getting it accepted the first time is the first job.

A large city routes your set through multiple departments with their own queues; a small one may have a single plan checker and a counter open three days a week. Some run everything through online portals, some still want paper. Knowing which is which — and who to call when a file stops moving — is most of what expediting is.

What we don’t do
We don't stamp structural calculations and we don't build. Where a city requires an engineer's or architect's stamp, we coordinate the right licensed professional — and construction stays with your licensed contractor.

01Can you expedite plans you didn't draw?
Yes. We review the set against the city's checklist first, tell you if anything is likely to bounce, then handle submittal and corrections alongside your original designer.
02How long will my permit take?
It depends on the city and the scope, and anyone quoting a number before knowing both is guessing. Once we know your jurisdiction and project we'll give you an honest estimate based on how that counter is currently running.
03My application is already stuck. Can you take it over?
Yes — mid-stream takeovers are common. We pull the correction history, find out where the file actually is, and work it from there.
